Emulation The assignment being to emulate a photograph by a well-known photographer, I chose to emulate a concept rather than an actual image. The photograph I chose was by Hellerstein in which he hid his name subtly yet eloquently in the wing of a butterfly. For the image I composited photos of the various elements, clipping pieces of smoke together to form my name, and changed to name of the bottle to one of my self-appointed nicknames.
